A detailed resume / CV is available on request — please get in touch via the contact form.

02 — SERVICES

Three ways to work together

01

Computer Vision & VLM Prototyping

For companies that need visual AI but don't know where to start.

I build and evaluate computer vision and vision-language AI prototypes for industrial, medical, construction, automotive, and robotics use cases.

02

AI Feasibility & Technical Roadmaps

Turn vague AI ideas into concrete technical plans.

I help teams turn vague AI ideas into concrete technical plans — architecture, data requirements, development phases, risks, and cost estimates.

03

AI / ML Paper & Research Review

For universities, startups, and medical / pharma teams.

A secondary service: rigorous, independent review of AI/ML research — strengthening methodology and getting work publication-ready.

Automotive

Improving rare-scenario detection without new data

CHALLENGE

An automotive client needed their vehicle object-detection model to perform better in rare but dangerous conditions — severe weather and specific lighting that only occurs at certain times of day — but collecting additional data was not an option.

APPROACH

I researched and analyzed their entire existing dataset, identified the underrepresented hazardous scenarios, and designed a custom data-augmentation method targeted at those conditions.

OUTCOME

Roughly a 5% improvement in model performance — achieved with no additional data collection.

Construction

An autonomous-vehicle roadmap from a standing start

CHALLENGE

A construction-industry client wanted to build an autonomous vehicle but had no clear starting point and no way to break the work into 6-month and 1-year milestones.

APPROACH

I analyzed the intended operating scenario, surveyed the current state of the art in autonomous-vehicle AI, and produced a phased development plan covering required engineering roles and headcount, the development stages, and the hardware needed.

OUTCOME

A concrete, buildable roadmap that turned an undefined ambition into a staged plan the team could execute against.
